Old Business

1. Plan Commission Recommendation 2018-05. Recommending approval and granting an award of a "Facade Grant" to Nancy and Stig-Arne Holmberg, owners, 314 East Main Street in the amount of $10,000.00.

New Business

1. Public Hearing. On the petition of Mary Lin J. Meyers Trust & Iva L. Cameron Revocable Trust, petitioning to change the zoning and amend the zoning map for property legally described as: The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30; excluding the 3 acres owned by the First Christian Church of the Nazarene, in Otter Creek Township, LaSalle County, Illinois, comprising 37 acres, more or less, from “AG” Agriculture to "C-3" General Commercial zoning district under the provisions of the Streator municipal code of ordinances zoning code.

2. Plan Commission Recommendation 2018-06. Recommending approval of a change in zoning and amendment of the district zoning map for property described as the Southwest Quarter of Section 30; excluding the 3 acres owed by the First Christian Church of the Nazarene, in Otter Creek Township, LaSalle County, Illinois, comprising 37 acres, more or less, from “AG" Agriculture to "C-3" General Commercial zoning district under the provisions of the Streator municipal code of ordinances zoning code.

3. Plan Commission Recommendation 2018-07. Recommending approval and granting an award of a "Facade Grant” to Shawn and Mike Cates, owners, 419 East Main Street in the amount of $12,000.00.
