Ottawa City Council met April 25.
Here is the agenda provided by the Council:
Present: Daniel E. Aussem, Thomas G. Ganiere, Wayne A. Eichelkraut Jr. and Robert M. Eschbach
Absent: James J. Less.
A public hearing was held on the proposed Budget for fiscal year 2019. City Clerk, Shelly Munks, gave an overview of the total revenues and expenditures. With no one from the public commenting, the Mayor declared the hearing closed at 8:16 a.m.
Commissioner Eichelkraut presented Ordinance.
Moved by Commissioner Eichelkraut that an Ordinance adopting the Operating Budget for the fiscal year commencing May 1, 2018, which has been on file for public inspection since April 17, 2018, be passed and approved.
Second by Ganiere.
Ayes: Aussem, Ganiere, Eichelkraut, and Mayor Eschbach.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
Commissioner Eichelkraut presented End of fiscal year expense report.
Moved by Commissioner Eichelkraut that the End of the fiscal year expense report showing expenses in the amount of $327,822.81, be approved and warrants issued.
Second by Aussem.
Ayes: Aussem, Ganiere, Eichelkraut, and Mayor Eschbach.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
Mayor Eschbach presented motion to adjourn.
Moved by Mayor Eschbach that this special meeting be adjourned.
Second by Ganiere.
Ayes: Aussem, Ganiere, Eichelkraut, and Mayor Eschbach.
Nays: None. Motion carried. Council adjourned at 8:18 a.m.
