City of Princeton Fire Pension Board met April 6.

Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

• Meeting Called to order at 1358 by President Bryan Berlin

•Roll Call:

oPresent- President Bryan Berlin, Secretary Jerod Doty, Trustee Luke Davis, Trustee Mike Goers, and Trustee Chuck Woolley

oAlso present were City manager Rachel Skaggs along with representatives from Lauterbach and Amen public accounts, Allison Barrett and Colleen Trela.

• Public Comment: None

• Approval of the January 26th Meeting Minutes:

oMinutes were reviewed and a Motion by Trustee Chuck Woolley to accept the minutes as read was made, 2nd by trustee Luke Davis.

o Motion was approved unanimously.

• Old Business: None

• New Business:

oA bill in the amount of $1,603.50 has been received from PGM for services rendered in the Ryan Molln disability case. A Motion was made by Trustee Luke Davis to pay the bill in full, 20 by Trustee Mike Goers.

oMotion approved unanimously

oA bill in the amount of $2,000 has been received from exam works, for a deposition in the Ryan Molln disability case.

oMotion by Trustee Luke Davis to pay the bill in full, 2" by Trustee Chuck Woolley.

oMotion approved unanimously.

•Lauterbach and Amen Presentation:

oRepresentatives from Lauterbach and Amen presented a proposal to the Princeton Fire Department Pension Fund members along with City Manager Rachel Skaggs on services that there firm can offer the fund in the future on a various amount of subject line areas.

oUpon completion of the presentation, the board members along with Mrs. Skaggs discussed different options that were presented during the presentation.

oThe board members agreed to have thoughts and concerns ready for discussion at the next scheduled pension meeting.

• Motion for Adjournment:

oMotion made by President Bryan Berlin to adjourn at 1503, 2 Secretary Jerod Doty.

oMotion approved unanimously.
