Illinois Valley Community Hospital issued the following announcement on May 15.
Dealing with springtime allergies and other warm weather ear, nose and throat problems is the topic of a free public program the Illinois Valley Community Hospital Ear, Nose and Throat Center is sponsoring at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 24, in the IVCH room at Peru Mall.
Allergies, reflux, swimmer’s ear and sinus issues are among the summer health problems ENT physician assistants Angela Vezzetti and Stephanie Zuber will talk about. A question-and-answer session will follow their presentation.
The afternoon program will include refreshments.
Although there is no charge to attend the program, advance registration is requested by calling Jheri Emmerling at IVCH at 815-780-4642.
