STREATOR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: Streator AG Day – Saturday, July 28th

Pancakes 150x99

Streator Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on May 30.

This summer we continue to celebrate our Ag In The Park, IV acknowledging Streator’s rich farming culture. One thing our City, the local Ag population and Chamber would like you to consider today is to help sponsor “Streator Ag Days” celebration that will again be held in the Streator City Park on Saturday, July 28th from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The City and our surrounding agriculture population are diligently working together to offer this event to remind citizens that agriculture is a part of all of us. We look to have a number of farm related producers, agricultural associations, area businesses, agriculture students and local government officials participating. This event can be spectacular for Streator with your sponsorship support!

This day event kicks off at 8:00 a.m. with a Farm Bureau pancake breakfast in the park while other various activities and entertainment begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude sometime around 4:00 p.m. at the park Pavilion. An estimated timeline/agenda follows:
