City of Morris issued the following announcement on May 31.
The City of Morrison is accepting applications for a Public Works General Maintenance/Laborer Position. The ideal applicant has at least 2 – 3 years of municipal work history with a focus on public grounds maintenance, street, sewer, water, maintenance and operations, or comparable private sector experience. Work history should include experience with a wide variety of tools and equipment, demonstrated competence operating skid loaders, plows, backhoes, mowers, etc. Must be capable of acquiring a CDL, and ultimate offer is contingent on passing a physical. The position is generally daytime hours, but, as needed, subject to work ALL hours of any day including holidays. This is an excellent career opportunity. EOE
