          1. PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION 2018-05. Recommending approval and

              granting an award of a “FACADE GRANT” to Nancy and Stig-Arne Holmberg, owners, 314

              East Main Street in the amount of $10,000.00. This proposal is revised to include the

              removal of the metal awning to facilitate the Plan Commission’s safety concerns.

New Business

          1. PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION 2018-06. Recommending approval and

               granting an award of a “FACADE GRANT” to David Tkach, owner, 113 W. Main Street, in the

               amount of $15,000.00.
