NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a request, signed by at least one-third (1/3) of the Members of the LaSalle County Board for a SPECIAL MEETING as per LaSalle County Board Rules Section 14 MEETINGS item B,to be held on June 29, 2018 at 1:00pm., at the LaSalle County Government Complex, 707 E. Etna Road., Ottawa, IL has been filed in the County Clerk’s Office; said meeting to be held for the purpose of:to discuss and take action on:

•Phase III Reconstruction Plans for LaSalleCounty Highway

oApproval of Plans for Phase III

oIssuance of Bonds to pay for Phase III

oPartial Liquidation of Insurance Trust Investment to Pay Claims for Phase III

•Emergency Purchase of TrafficMarking Paint for LaSalle County Highway

RESOLUTION: To Authorize the Reconstruction and Contracting for Phase III Plans of the LaSalle County Highway Department Facilities at its current site due to February 28, 2017 Tornado destructions.

ORDINANCE: An Ordinance Authorizing The Issuance By The County Of LaSalle, Illinois, Of General Obligation Self-Insurance Bonds, Series 2018, Taxable Or Tax-Exempt, To Finance The County’s Costs Of Continuing A Self-Insurance Program Pursuant To The LaSalle County Insurance Trust; Fixing The Details Of Such Bonds And Levying A Direct Annual Tax To Pay The Interest On And Principal Of Such Bonds; And Related Matters(tabled 6-11-18)

RESOLUTION: To Authorize the Partial Liquidationof Insurance Trust Investments to

Pay Claims for LaSalle County Highway Department Reconstruction and Contracting for Phase III.

RESOLUTION: To Approve Purchase Order/Contract for Emergency Purchase of Traffic Marking Paint for the LaSalle County Highway Department.
