OSF ST. ELIZABETH HOSPITAL: New Midwife at IVCH Women's Health Care Center

Osf St. Elizabeth Hospital issued the following announcement on July 19.

Jacqueline Ma is the newest midwife to join the staff of the Women’s Health Care Center at Illinois Valley Community Hospital.

Originally from Swedona, Illinois, Ma is a graduate of the nursing school at Northern Illinois University. She spent five years working as a labor and delivery nurse in Illinois and the state of Washington before moving back to the Midwest.

Ma recently completed a doctoral degree in nursing from the University of Washington. As part of her clinical training, she worked in Seattle at a health center for the underserved.

At the IVCH Women’s Health Care Center, Ma works with three other certified nurse midwives, Barb Tieman, Dana Hoffman and Brittany Lange and physicians Jeffrey Edwards, MD, and Kemoria Granberry, MD.
