Tonica Community Consolidated School District 79 issued the following announcement on July 23.
Tonica CCSD #79 has an open seat on the Board of Education due to Mr. Brian Marcinkus relocating outside the District Boundaries. The Board is taking applications to fill the open seat through the 2019 election. Applications through email or USPS mail are available by contacting Mr. Charles Schneider, Superintendent or by visiting the school office during open business hours to pick up an application. Applications may only be submitted by the person provided an application. Applications are due August 8, 2018 by Noon.
