Approve the appointment of Christy Crowther of Ladd to the vacant District 20 seat.

Approve and place on file the compliance review report #58 from the Idot

This report is for all Bureau County Road Districts with Township MFT funds. Report is for January 1, 2015 - December 31, 2017.

Public Comment

Dianna Schuler a representative from BEST- Business Employment Skills Team, will present their workforce development resolution. Approve of the resolution recognizing the week of August 27 - September 2nd as Workforce Development Week in Bureau County. Resolution for Workforce Development Week

Approve of a Conditional Use to install a met tower. Walnut Ridge Wind – Property Owner William Schoff. East side of 1300 E St, Walnut Twp.

2. Approve of drawing on the existing letter of credit of Providence Heights Wind, LLC.

Authorize the State's Attorney to draw on existing letter of credit if Providence Heights, LLC does not provide an acceptable letter of credit before deadline.

3. Letter of credit update on Big Sky Wind, LLC

Approve of possible replacement letter of credit from Big Sky Wind, LLC.

5. Approve and place on file Taxes Received Report for August

Approve of the transfer of Public Safety Sales Tax to the General Fund in the amount of $86,876.80.

1. Approve Resolution for Preliminary Engineering

Approve supplemental STP and FAM Funds for Preliminary Engineering services for structure over a branch of Crow Creek. County Highway Comm Report

1. Universal Valuations to give appraisal for Ace Road building.

Approve paying $750 for valuation of structure for Liability purposes.

2. Approval of Election Judges

Every two years the Election judges who serve as pollworkers get commissioned as officers of the Circuit Court. The County Board is to approve of the list of judges submitted by both political parties before Court approval.

1. Approve of fee for BKV at 6.5% for project. $100,000 is to be paid for start of p project.
