City of Princeton issued the following announcement on Aug. 28.
This notice serves to inform the public that two (2) seats for the office of City of Princeton Council Member, and one (1) seat for the office of Mayor will be filled by consolidated election scheduled for Tuesday, April 2, 2019.
Petitions for these offices are available for distribution beginning Tuesday, August 28, 2018, and may be obtained in person at the following place and times:
City Hall
Office of the City Clerk
2 South Main St.
Princeton, IL 61356
Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday
(Closed on Monday, September 3, 2018)
Petition filing period with the Princeton City Clerk begins on Monday, November 19, 2018 and ends on Monday, November 26, 2018.
