Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Ottawa. Illinois. will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 20, 2018, at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 301 West Madison Street, Ottawa, Illinois, to hear a request for variances from the Zoning Ordinance for the following described property:
Lot 8 in Block 4 in Sanger's Addition to Ottawa, LaSalle County, Illinois, commonly known as 1208 W. Jefferson Street owned by Harry and Brenda Donnelly, for the purpose of a request to allow a side and rear yard setback variance to construct a carport.
