o Motion to approve a resolution appointing Melissa Carruthers, Carrie Brown, and Stephanie Piscia as FOIA Compliance Officers
o Discussion and possible motion to ratify LP Shared Services Committee’s intention to work with IVRD to house IVRD-VALCom within the new LaSalle-Peru Joint Police Headquarters

1) Motion to authorize Basalay, Cary, & Alstadt and selected committee members to complete facility site visits
2) Motion to authorize Building and Grounds liaison to advertise for statements of interest for a civil site engineer
3) Motion to amend the current Space Needs Assessment contract with Basalay, Cary, & Alstadt to remove Oglesby

o Motion to receive and place on file the finance report and to approve and pay bills in the usual manner.
