      2. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village authorizing Public Works Director Chuck Freeman to go out for proposals for the Holiday Lighting in the downtown area for the 2018-2019 Season.

      3. Committee discussion regarding the possibility of a drainage study of Madigan Creek East.
