Princeton Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on Oct. 24.
StimulusBrand was hired to design and implement the first website presence representing the real estate property for 20 Nassau, situated along Nassau and Chambers Streets in Princeton. The new website showcases office and retail spaces and details in history and surrounding neighborhood amenities.

WELCOME TO 20 NASSAU!
At five stories and with 70,000 + square feet of space, 20 Nassau is the largest office building in downtown Princeton. Its red brick, Federal-style design is topped with a striking copper mansard (roof). Extensively renovated since 2000, the building has 13 stores and 112 office suites ranging in size from 150 to 450 square feet, ideal for small companies and entrepreneurs, therapy practices, and one- or two-person accounting firms. In addition, 20 Nassau occasionally features larger spaces (above 1500 square feet.)

StimulusBrand also announced the launch brand for start-up client SMUG Brewing, opening November 9th in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The agency designed the Craft Brewery’s brand voice and positioning along with its logo, and website posted at: http://www.smugbrewing.com
The agency partnered with web specialists Princeton Internet Marketing to help implement the website as well as AStitchAhead, Inc. to provide branded Apparel and merchandise to Smug Brewing.
