City of Ottawa issued the following announcement on Nov. 2.
The City of Ottawa is taking applications for a part-time position for Electrical Inspector. Must have five years experience as a journeyman electrician. Knowledge of 2014-2017 NEC. Commercial experience preferred. Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Duties will include residential, commercial and industrial inspections, plan review, detailed record keeping, monthly written reports and code enforcement.
