1. Summary of Zoning Hearings

Approve of the Rezone from M-2 to Ag to bring existing field into compliance with Zoning. Solar Stone Partners. East side of 350 E St, 1/2 mile north of US Rt 34 in Neponset Twp. Approve Conditional Use to install two - 2 megawatt solar projects with stated stipulations. Owners Ken Snyder and Melanie Block. Sec.10 in Neponset Twp.

1. Approve the 2019 County Budget

Amendments have been listed out including the approved Social Security transfer from IMRF and Risk Management transfers.

2. Approve Tax Levy for 2018 for Bureau County.

3. Approve closing the Courthouse at noon for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve

Approve closing the Courthouse at 12:00 noon on Monday, December 24th, 2018 and at 12:00 noon on Monday, December 31st, 2018.

4. Approve having Zobrio help with transition in Treasurer's office

Zobrio recommends remote training and help with year end processing at a cost of $8,400.

5. Oak Grove Park in Selby Township

Would like to check with Village of Depue to see of their interest in the Park and also talk with Selby Township.

6. SLEP enhancement program for Sheriff Employee's retirement

Approve a payment of $265,129 into the SLEP enhancement fund.

7. Last Day for Accounts Payable claims to be paid out of 2018 Budget is Nov. 13th

8. Approve and place on file Taxes Received Report

Approve the transfer of Public Safety Sales Tax to General Fund in the amount of $78,905.29.

9. Approve and place on file Joe Meyers Trustee Agent Report

10. Place on file - Circuit Clerk Report, Sheriff Report, County Clerk Report

1. Resolution to Approve Co Engineer Salary

1. Accept proposal for Health Insurance from Kris DeBrock

2. Approve CIRMA Cyber insurance premium of $4,383

3. Approve the renewal of Property Liability Insurance through CIRMA for $271,633.

This is an increase from the year before of around 7.5%.
