Princeton Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on Nov. 14.
The Foundation’s table at the October 2018 PRCC membership lunch
October was a busy month for our Foundation and Club. We launched a fundraising project with Eden Autism to sell handmade holiday ornaments with all proceeds going to benefit Eden and their important work. The Rotary District 7475 Governor made his official visit to our club and we also hosted a luncheon speaker to give us an update on crypto-currencies and block-chain technology.
A delegation of autism experts from Russia spoke at one of our lunches, after visits to local institutions involved with helping children and adults with autism. They were sponsored by the Open World Leadership Center.
Exciting projects on the horizon are our annual Thanksgiving basket food drive in partnership with Homefront to help needy families. We will again be supporting the annual Rotary College Possibilities event coming up in January. This event will again be hosted by The College of New Jersey. Please visit our website and newsletter on-line for full details and contact us at 609-285-3532 for further information our Rotary.
