City of Oglesby issued the following announcement on Nov. 27.
This festive threesome is back in town from 1 to 3 p.m. this Saturday! There will be carriage rides, Santa visits, refreshments, Grinch Grand Prix, face painting, live nativity, crafts, carolers, chili cook off, Cindy Lou Who look alike contest, Secret Santa shop and more! Everything is located downtown in or near Senica Square, except for the crafts, which will be hosted by the Oglesby Library and Union Church. EDITED TO ADD: Many of the activities have been moved to Washington School because of the bleak forecast of rain and wind on Saturday. Union Church and the Library will continue to host their activities at their respective buildings.
