Q2 real estate sales report: Oglesby

Median prices rose in Oglesby over last year, and are up 15.9 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 7 homes sold in Oglesby for a median price of $122,000. That's 40.7 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
