Approving Of Minutes

Approve of Board Minutes from November 13, 2018, Regular Meeting READING OF Communications - Mr. Eggers

County Treasurer Joe Birkey's Bond as Collector has to be approved by the County Board and placed on file. His bond is with Liberty Mutual for $500,000.

Approve of the Regional Office of Education's Annual Report from July 2017 - June 2018. Copy of the report is on each desk.

Appointments

Approve appointment of Board of Review Member. Sup of Assessments is asking for Mike Maynard from Walnut to be appointed to the Board of Review.

Public Comment

Steve Gunning from Princeton would like to speak on the rules of procedures for board meetings.

Ivan Baker from NCIED would like to give an update on the marketing progress with North Central Illinois Economic Development group.

1. Summmary Zoning Hearings

Approve of the Rezone application of Michael J. Paulsen. Rezone single family home from B-1 to R-2 to bring into compliance with the zoning ordinance. Property is located in Village of Sheffield, Section 24, Mineral Twp.

Approve of the Rezone application of Mark/Nancy Johnston from Ag to RE to bring single family home into compliance with zoning ordinance. Property is located in Section 21, Indiantown Twp.

Approve of the Conditional Use application of Jessica/Zachary Kirkpatrick for a kennel housing up to 15 rescue dogs on the property located in Section 12, Wyanet Twp.

Approve Conditional Use application with stipulations of Clean Energy Design Group to install a 2.7 megawatt solar project. Owner of property is Peter Gill located in Section 34, Milo Twp.

2. Approve the retention of Tim Slavin as facilitator for the Big Sky Windfarm

Hearings will be at the Zoning Board of Appeals

3. EMA Resolution for Natural Mitigation

Approve of the resolution to rewrite the natural hazards mitigation plan for the County at a cost of $5,000.

4. January meeting will be held January 3rd at 4:15 pm.
