Recommendation of the Planning Commission regarding a potential amendment to the City of La Salle Zoning Ordinance No. 590, specifically La Salle City Code Section 153.023 regarding timing of display of political signs and related matters.

Recommendation of the Planning Commission regarding the petition and request of Hunter Strader on behalf of Sterling St. Solar, LLC owned indirectly by GreenKey Solar, LLC on premises owned by Frederick L.
