City of Lasalle issued the following announcement on Dec. 24.
On Wednesday, December 26, 2018 the City of La Salle will conduct a lottery to
determine ballot position for all candidates who filed nominating papers with the
City Clerk of the City of La Salle simultaneously at 7:30 a.m. on Monday,
December 10, 2018 the first day for candidate filing for the April 2, 2019
Consolidated Election, as well as any who filed between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
on December 17, 2019.
Lottery will take place at 1:00 p.m. in the City Clerk’s Office located at 745 Second
Street, La Salle, Illinois. Candidates are not required to be present.
