City of Earlville issued the following announcement on Jan. 21.
Utility bills are being mailed out in an envelope this month. In addition:you will receive the Cross-Connection Control Survey that is required by the EPA and will need to be filled out and returned to City Hall, a 2019 garbage/recycling service calendar and a memo about the water meter replacement program
