City of Oglesby issued the following announcement on Jan. 30.
If you or someone you know needs help staying warm, please call City Hall, 883-3389. We will serve as a warming center if the need exists. After 4:30, please call 883-8404. Please call first so we can be sure City Hall is staffed.
