· Motion to approve an engineering service agreement for the Unytite Drive extension noise study, as required by FHWA, with Prairie Engineers not the exceed $20,000. (The Unytite Drive project is in the heart of the City of Peru’s Industrial corridor, which contains many industry users, including a rail transload facility, distribution centers, and large manufactures)
· Motion to approve an engineering service agreement for the N. Peoria roadway noise study, as required by FHWA, with Prairie Engineers not to exceed $42,000. (The N. Peoria Roadway project consists of the improvement of existing roadways. A small portion of those roadways are being re-aligned to an area further away from the residential areas it abuts today)
