Request from Ameren Illinois to break ground at 

-1203 First Street and 805 First Street to retire gas service

-616 Sixth Street, 1135 La Harpe, 1315 First and 827 Hennepin to retire electric and gas services for demo.

Request from AT&T to break ground to directional bore and place approximately 315 feet of (1) 1.25” inner duct from AT&T manhole 112 to AT&T pole, dig and restore (3) 4’ x4’ pits and related matters.

Recommendation of the Planning Commission regarding the request of Robert Baldin and Michael Eltrevoog, owners of Baldin’s Garage for rezoning from C-1, Neighborhood Shopping to C-2, Commercial for the purpose of, amongst other things, of operating an auto, diesel repair business and related services business on premises commonly known as 2405 St. Vincent Avenue and related matters.

Recommendation of the Planning Commission regarding the request of PHP Homes, LLC Six (owned by Peter Wang) for rezoning from R-1 Single Family Residence to C-1 Neighborhood Shopping for the purpose amongst other things of developing apartments and office space and related businesses within premises commonly known as 345-Sixth Street (former Jackson School) and related matters.

Discussion and potential action regarding the Financial Audit Report for the City of La Salle for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2018 and related matters.

OLD BUSINESS
