Request from AB Marketing, LLC for a Solicitor Permit to sell door-to-door on behalf of Clearview Energy and related matters.

Requests for 2019 Raffle Licenses from the Peru Education Foundation, the Lighted Way and the Ninth Street Pub and related matters.

Request from the Knights of Columbus Calvert Council No. 792 for permission to conduct a Tootsie Roll candy sale in the intersection of 11th and Bucklin and on Friday, September 20 and Saturday, September 21, 2019 and at La Salle Business from September 20-22, 2019 and related matters.

Request from Guylene Strange on behalf of the LP Cavalettes to hold a Tag Day Collection on June 22-23, 2019 at the intersection of 11th and Bucklin and at area businesses and related matters.

Building Inspector’s Report for January 2019 showing total fees collected of $375.32 and with total value of construction of $30,000.

Monthly Police Income Report for January 2019 showing total fees collected of $4,159.23.

COMMUNICATIONS

Illinois Department of Revenue Report showing sales tax collected for November 2018 of $69,022.26 and Home Rule Sales Tax of $60,285.22 for a total of $129,307.48.

BIDS

Discussion and potential action regarding bid award for City of La Salle, Well Head Access Platform, Spring 2019 project and related matters.

SPECIAL COMMITTEES

STANDING COMMITTEES

Recommendation of the Streets, Alley and Traffic Committee regarding the request for parking on one side only on Tonti Street between 7th and 8th Streets and related matters.

Recommendation of the Streets, Alleys and Traffic Committee regarding parking surrounding the former Jackson School property at 345 Sixth Street and related matters.

Recommendation of the Streets, Alleys and Traffic Committee regarding a request from Jeff Hall for to designate the west side of Tonti Street as No Parking and related matters.
