PRINCETON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: In Partnership with County of Mercer to Host 2019 Mercer County Industry Update

Princeton Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on March 14.

The Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the County of Mercer is pleased to announce the 2019 Mercer County Industry Update. The Update will include an overview of the latest industry trends and a historic announcement from the Chamber. This event will take place Thursday, March 28 at Mercer Oaks Catering from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

The 2019 Mercer County Industry Update will provide attendees an overview of the industry trends in our region and four specific industry perspectives by some of our leading Mercer-based companies. Industries featured are healthcare, education, insurance, and pharmaceutical. The featured leaders from these industries are:

Sean Hopkins, New Jersey Hospital Association

John Thurber, Thomas Edison State University

Mike Van Wagner, NJM Insurance Group

Roberto Vieira, Bristol-Myers Squibb

“Mercer County has always been a great place to do business. As a chamber, we are thrilled to be partnering with the Office of Economic Development to host the 2019 Mercer County Industry Update. This event will provide attendees with different perspectives from featured leaders of Mercer-based companies. As well, we are thrilled to have a historic announcement about the Chamber. Attendees will not want to miss this ground-breaking moment for the region,” said Peter Crowley, President & CEO of the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce.

“From Main Street to our bustling corporate centers, Mercer County’s economy is thriving, as evidenced by historically high employment rates recorded last quarter,” said Mercer County Executive Brian M. Hughes. “We look forward to getting perspectives from our local industry leaders at this year’s Mercer County Industry Update, and to sharing the Princeton Regional Chamber’s anticipated announcement.”

Tickets to attend are $35 and include speakers, networking, and hot breakfast. Sponsorships are still available.
