Plainfield (Will County) home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Plainfield in Will County rose by $12,890 while total sales increased by 25.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,340 - a 5.2% increase over the $249,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Plainfield in May 2016.
