Seneca (LaSalle County) home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Seneca in LaSalle County fell by $68,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 45.9% decrease over the $148,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Seneca in the first quarter of 2016.
