Diamond (Grundy County) home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Diamond in Grundy County fell by $38,450 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,000 - a 15.9% decrease over the $241,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Diamond in the fourth quarter of 2017.
