Hennepin home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Hennepin rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,500 - a 5.1% increase over the $107,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hennepin in the second half of 2016.
