Leland home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Leland rose by $62,200 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,000 - a 53.3% increase over the $116,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Leland in the first half of 2017.
