City of Ottawa issued the following announcement on April 3.
The City of Ottawa has selected Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. (“Constellation”) as the preferred supplier for the renewal of its Electric Aggregation Program. This includes a 12 month program that offers a fixed rate of 4.915¢/kWh for the term May 2019 through May 2020 meter read cycles. The fixed price offered does not include taxes, Ameren distribution or other Ameren fees, charges or credits.
Ottawa residents will be receiving a letter in the mail from Constellation Energy with additional details.
Please note that this energy provider is approved by the City of Ottawa.
