Mendota home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Mendota fell by $7,250 while total sales decreased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,750 - a 7.3% decrease over the $100,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Mendota in 2017.
