Earlville home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Earlville fell by $44,300 while total sales increased by 95%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,200 - a 35% decrease over the $126,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Earlville in 2017.

The median sales tax in Earlville for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,746, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for 2018.
