Morris home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Morris rose by $16,900 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,900 - a 9.5% increase over the $177,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Morris in July 2017.
