Gardner home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Gardner rose by $22,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,000 - a 17.8% increase over the $126,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Gardner in September 2017, as well.
