Lake Holiday home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Lake Holiday rose by $23,625 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,000 - a 13.9% increase over the $169,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Lake Holiday in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Lake Holiday for 2017 was $4,493. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,453. This marks an increase of 0.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
