Sheridan home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Sheridan fell by $85,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,500 - a 52.3% decrease over the $162,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Sheridan in August 2016, as well.
