Please take notice that the Oglesby Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Oglesby City Hall, 110 E. Walnut Street, Oglesby, Illinois 61348 to consider the request for variance filed by Nicholas Augustyniak and Alysia Augustyniak for property owned by Nicholas and Alysia Augustyniak which does not have a street address assigned to it, but is adjacent to Ed Hand Highway, Oglesby, Illinois. Said property is more fully described as follows:

Lot 15 in the Subdivision of the West 413 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 33 North, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian, City of Oglesby, LaSalle County, Illinois according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book “L”, page 35 in the LaSalle County Recorder’s Office.

The North 81.5 feet of Lot 14 in the Subdivision of the West 413 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 33 North, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian, City of Oglesby, LaSalle County, Illinois, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book “L”, page 35 in the LaSalle County Recorder’s Office.

Nicholas Augustyniak and Alysia Augustyniak request a variance to increase the maximum height for an accessory building which they intend to build on their property from 15 feet, which is the maximum allowed, to 17 feet 11 inches.
