Morris home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Morris fell by $10,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,500 - a 6% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Morris in February 2018.
