Sheridan home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Sheridan fell by $154,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 58.4% decrease over the $264,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Sheridan in February 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Sheridan for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,375, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
