Lake Holiday home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Lake Holiday fell by $11,450 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,500 - a 5.6% decrease over the $203,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Lake Holiday in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Lake Holiday for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,493, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
