Peru home prices unchanged in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Peru was unchanged while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000. There were 22 homes sold in Peru in the first quarter of 2018, and the median sales price for the period was also $90,000.
