PROCLAMATION

Request from the Starved Rock Chapter of Abate of Illinois to proclaim May as Motorcycle Awareness Month.

PETITIONS

Request from David and Tiffany Shinnick for a variance and waiver from the requirement of providing a sewer ejector pump pursuant to Ordinance 2157 for premises being constructed at Lot 11, Vermilionvue Subdivision commonly known as 114 Vermilionvue Trace and related matters.

Request from Dani Brzozowski, owner of Sweet Sadie’s located at 838 First Street for a Redevelopment Incentive Program grant totaling $7,990.50 and related matters.

Request from Mike Bird, owner of 117 Wright Street for a Redevelopment Incentive Program grant totaling $12,500 and related matters.

Request from Ana Koval, on behalf of Canal Corridor Association located at 754 First Street fir a Redevelopment Incentive Program grant totaling $6,210 and related matters.

Building Inspector’s Report for April 2019 showing total fees collected of $2,396.54 with total value of construction of $404,354.

COMMUNICATIONS

Illinois Department of Revenue Report showing sales tax collected for February 2019 of $59,507.98 and Home Rule Sales Tax of $51,968.07 for a total of $114,476.05

SPECIAL COMMITTEES

Recommendation of the Streets, Alleys and Traffic Committee regarding a request from Carolyn Entrician for the installation of a speed bump on the 2000 block of LaHarpe St. and related matters.
