There was one offender released on parole during the third quarter living near Illinois zip code 61358, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Illinois Valley Times.

The data shows that the man was released in the Jacksonville zip code. The 38-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 18 years in prison for homicide in 2003 when he was 21 years old.
