City of Oglesby issued the following announcement on July 10.
Join Evan’s Family & Friends on Friday, July 12th at Saint Bede Academy for a Friday night under the lights.
6:00 p.m. meet on foot at the top of the Saint Bede Lane to join the local respondents and the band. The “mini parade” will head south towards the school and end at the football field - 7:00 p.m. star spangled banner, introduction of Teams EK63 & EK25 - 7:30 p.m. kickoff to the game
This is a flag football game in honor of Evan. We will follow the SBA varsity traditions that Evan and Saint Bede alumni participated in every week during the season.
The Bedan Club Pork Chop Pavilion will be open serving pork chops & water donated by Spring Valley Supermarket.
